Mindful Momentum
Practice moving forward while maintaining calm momentum while remaining deeply present, intentional, and self-aware.
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) leverages horses' instinctual nature to create an experiential loop of biophysical synchronization. Decades of research demonstrate how EAL methods spark neurological and physiological shifts. Through mindful micro-interactions in posture, breath, movement, energy, and expression -- subtle shifts occur that move us forward into a joyful, balanced life.

Experience the wisdom of horses.
Learn the power of herd intelligence
Mindful leadership is a style where we build trust, promote authenticity, and ease into effortless productivity — through the intuitive wisdom of horses.
Horses guide us with their sophisticated, herd-based social intelligence to human interactions, treating people as honorary herd members. They are exceptionally attuned to non-verbal cues, interpreting body language, energy, and intent.
Nervous system regulation
Tension release practices include conscious breathing, and gentle movement and somatic awareness.
Horses teach us that regulation comes before engagement.
When we learn to regulate our own nervous system, we become more grounded, present, and intentional.
Like horses within a herd, we influence the nervous systems of those around us. A regulated presence creates safety, builds trust, and makes learning, connection, and collaboration easier—all with greater ease and less risk of burnout.
Mindful horsemanship
Through in-hand agility and liberty work, participants develop a deeper awareness of their body, breath, movement, and energy. By tuning into the felt sense — the subtle sensations and signals within the body — we learn to recognize tension, regulate the nervous system, and return to a state of grounded presence.
Half-day workshop
A comprehensive 4-hour session. Can be taken as a stand-alone experience. Structured yet flexible, guided by individual needs and equine feedback.
Price: $400.
Continuing the journey
Continuing 2-hour sessions offer ongoing support and deeper practice — building on foundational knowledge.

Free Programs for Veterans, First Responders / Emergency Workers
Through mindful horsemanship practices, the program is designed to strengthen nervous system regulation and support overall health and wellbeing. Participants learn to recognize patterns of tension, regulate responses, and return to a state of calm and clarity — creating greater ease, resilience, and balance in work and life.
